All of our products are distributed from London, UK. We currently ship to the UK, United States and Europe
If you are outside this countries, please contact us below for best available shipping rates.

Price of delivery

You can get free UK standard delivery if you spend over £20. For orders outside the UK, get free delivery when you spend £300.

  • Standard UK delivery (2-4 days) is £4.95
  • Express delivery (nextday) is £8.95
  • Standard USA delivery (5-10 days) is £14.95
  • Standard rest of Europe delivery (4-7 days) is £9.95

Despatch time

If an order is received before 1pm (GMT/BST) we will endeavour to ship sameday subject to stock.

If you have received your item and you are unhappy with the time taken for you to get your delivery, please contact us with more details for assistance.


Returns

We do our best to handle all customer queries including returned items, problems with delivery, orders and change of mind.

I’ve place an order but want to cancel it

If you have not received notification your order has been shipped, please contact us immediately as we may be able to stop it being dispatched. If it has already been shipped, you can simply return the item to us through our 14 day returns procedure below.

Please note that orders delivered outside the UK are non refundable.

    If you are missing parts of your order, please contact us for assistance.  Please let us know your invoice number and the problem, and we’ll do our best to help.

  • my order was damaged in transit

    Orders damaged in transit must be brought to our attention within 4 working days of receiving them as we need to confirm any damage with our courier company.  Please contact us for more help with as much detail as you can, preferably photographic evidence.

  • my order is wrong

    If your order is wrong, please contact us for assistance.  Please let us know your invoice number and the problem and we will try to rectify the issue.

  • I’ve changed my mind:

    All customers are given a “cooling off period” in which to return the product for a “no questions asked” refund, as long the item is returned within 14 days of delivery and has not been opened or used and is in resellable condition.

All of our customers are given a “cooling off period” in which to return products for a “no questions asked” refund, as long the item is returned within 14 days of the original delivery, is intact and is in a resellable condition.

Please note: Be sure to send your return via a registered or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will not refund the cost of shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part (if this is the case, please see the section above and contact us directly).

Any refunds due will be made within a maximum of 14 days. Credits typically appear in customer accounts within 5 – 7 working days.

Any items received outside of the 14 days or unsolicited returns will not be processed. Customers will be contacted and be responsible for the return postage. Items received outside of this time but not returned to customers will be stored by The Spanish Boutique Ltd for 90 days and then disposed of without further contact or reimbursement.
